April 2022. A young couple has just moved into an old empty house, manzano and pia. From the first night they spend in it, they perceive that there is something that connects them with that place. A painting hanging on the wall is the only and solitary object left by the former tenants. April 1979. Casal, a young artist, is working in his studio on his new painting. Greta, his partner and muse, poses for him. The brushstrokes on the canvas will be the testimony of that moment years later.
