Throughout the Festival, the neighbours of Calzada de Calatrava once again surprise us with a unique tribute to the filmmaker Pedro Almodóvar. This time, they pay tribute to his most La Mancha film: “Volver”.
With love, creativity and a lot of affection, they have decorated their streets with scenes, iconic phrases, posters and decorations inspired by the film that captivated the world with its story of strong women, family and roots.
Painted chairs, famous phrases on the asphalt, posters hanging from balconies and even a photocall to immortalise your visit.
This exhibition is not just an artistic exhibition: it is an act of love for cinema, for the community and for Almodóvar’s legacy in our town.
