Tasting conducted by Pistachios’ Queen.
Why we consider that Castilla la Mancha is the King of pistachio, provinces where it is most cultivated and quantities. We will try the natural, unroasted pistachio and what we can do with it, in this case “Horchata de pistachio” and while tasting it we will talk about how this crop began and why the natural Manchego has a better flavour.
Then we will taste the toast and with the we will make a “Chickpea hummus with pistachios” and we will take the opportunity to talk about cultivation in different countries and how we distinguish ourselves.
And finally, we will have “Pistachio ice cream” with pistachio butter as a topping and while we talk about the composition of pistachios and their health benefits.
