A widow visits her husband's grave in the cemetery to ask his permission. When a man dies, the pension that remains for his widow is half of what he received. Widows are thus in a very unfavorable situation with respect to widowers since they, even if his wife has died, continue to receive the same. On the other hand, the dependence of older women on their husbands is such that often upon their death they feel completely helpless regarding any financial decision, having always been excluded from them.
