A gastronomic experience to be enjoyed with a variety of dried fruit and nuts from the “La Rosala” estate, accompanied by wines from the Campo de Calatrava Denomination of Origin.
Two professionals from the food and wine sector, Fernando Buitrón – Winemaker and Pedro Ciudad Imedio – R+D+I – Finca “La Rosala”.
They will inform us about the contrasts between these two nutritional values in order to get to know them better.
